Dear All,

I would like to know if there is a possibility to extract, for instance, in a pdf document or even in an excel document, the picture of the form plus the translation table below, form by form. I hope I am clear enough for you to help me.

Thank you very much.

Best Regards,
Mireia.

Hi Mireia,

The picture seem to miss.

In general Sisulizer can't scan PDF or Excel files for translation. Perhaps you can export it into a HTML file. This file type Sisulizer can handle for localization.

Hello Markus,

Thank you very much for your answer, but I think my request was not clear at all.

What I meant is to print (in a pdf or excel file) the visual of the Form (.dfm - I am localizing a Delphi project) + the table with translations. I know it will not be useful for localization, but it will be useful for contextualisation and for writing a report.

What I expect is similar to what google proposes when you want to print directions, they propose whether to print only directions, or a map + directions. In Sisulizer for now I am able to print out only the translation tables, but not the picture of the form + the translation table and I wanted to know if there is a way to do that.

I hope I made myself clearer than the first time.

Thank you for your help and patience.
Best Regards,

Dear Mireia,

Right out-of-the-box Sisulizer does not have that feature.

My first idea was, since the .slp is basically an XML file, it might be possible to generate a report from it. But the images of the dialoges are drawn by Sisulizer and not stored somewhere so this will not help.

I move this to the wish list since it sounds like a good idea to be able to export the image representation of the dialogs. In the end our R&D needs to decide if can be done economically. But it is the first request for it we have.

Markus
