I have a vs 2005 solution that has a number of c# projects in it.  It now correctly imports/sees the resx files in the project, which is great.  I made some translations and then clicked "Build All."  It strangely writes out assemblies named exactly after the project name.  In other words, I have a project named Foo.csproj.  For the French translation, it writes a file in the release directory of the project literally named "Foo.csproj".  Furthermore, it gives me LOTS of errors that seem malformed:
Writing the French satellite assembly file 'C:\depot\core-prototype\NCLauncher\external\Microsoft\CAB\Source\CompositeUI\fr\CompositeUI.csproj'
Writing the French satellite assembly file 'C:\depot\core-prototype\NCLauncher\external\Microsoft\CAB\Source\CompositeUI.WinForms\fr\CompositeUI.WinForms.csproj'
