C++: Changes made to dialog control sizes in the .slp file do not import. And yes, "Import only strings" in the Import Options is unchecked.

Hello,
Open the source properties dialog (eg. via Project menu -> Edit source -> your source) and next go to "Excluded types" tab. If there is checked "Integer" item, uncheck it, rescan project and import translations.
BTW:If you check "Integer" checkbox in the Filter pane you should to see all original and translated control sizes in the translation sheet.
Best regards,Janusz

Hi Janusz,

Thank you for your response.

I checked the "Excluded types" tab and "Integer number" was already unchecked. So that doesn't seem to be the problem.

I checked the "Integer number" checkbox in the filter pane as you suggested. The Status column shows the statuses of the control items X, Y, CX, and CY. Some are "Translated" and some are "Not translated". Could this be a problem?

David

Just to follow up on this, we recently upgraded from Sisulizer 2008 to Sisulizer 4 and the Import behaviour has definitely changed. If I use Sisulizer 2008 to import a project, with "Integer number" unchecked the dialog controls are moved correctly. With Sisulizer 4 "Integer number" has to be checked for any movement to occur, and even then the controls are not necessarily moved to the correct locations.

This seems like a bug, is there likely to be a fix for this soon? At the moment we cannot rely on Sisulizer 4.

We are not happy about the money we have spent on an upgrade to a version that is clearly inferior to earlier version, only to get no support. We are evaluating Soluling as an alternative, and will probably be switching to it for all our translation needs in the future.
